I had such a craving for cranberries! September is NOT the month for that desire. No fresh, no frozen to be had – but Ocean Spray came to the rescue with whole berry canned. Now I had to get a turkey to go with the berries. A rolled roast fit the bill for Bobby and me – how much turkey can two people eat?
Lots is the answer. With a creative twist on the theme. Besides the first night’s yummy roast turkey, potatoes, gravy and cranberries we enjoyed the following three dinners. I hope you do, too.
